Chocolate Coconut Scrap Cookies
CHOCOLATE COCONUT SCRAP COOKIES
Ingredients
- 125g butter
- 250ml (1cup) sugar
- 1 egg
- 15ml cooking oil
- 2.5ml vanilla essence
- 375ml cake flour
- 5ml baking powder
- 125ml cocoa powder
- 250 ml fine coconut
Method
Preheat oven to 180 Degree Celsius
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add rest of ingredients, mix to form a soft dough.
- On lightly floured surface, roll out under greases proof paper to 5mm thick.
- Cut out and place on greased baking tray.
- Bake on middle shelf of oven for 12-15 minutes.
Note: I have a thermal oven, so my biscuits only bakes for 10minutes.
