Chocolate Coconut Scrap Cookies



CHOCOLATE COCONUT SCRAP COOKIES

Ingredients

  • 125g butter
  • 250ml (1cup) sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 15ml cooking oil
  • 2.5ml vanilla essence
  • 375ml cake flour
  • 5ml baking powder
  • 125ml cocoa powder
  • 250 ml fine coconut

Method

Preheat oven to 180 Degree Celsius

  • Cream butter and sugar.
  • Add rest of ingredients, mix to form a soft dough.
  • On lightly floured surface, roll out under greases proof paper to 5mm thick.
  • Cut out and place on greased baking tray.
  • Bake on middle shelf of oven for 12-15 minutes.
Note: I have a thermal oven, so my biscuits only bakes for 10minutes.
